ARE YOUR CHEWS ORGANIC?
At Chew Green, we put our wholehearted efforts into making sure all our products are of the best quality and are deliciously enjoyed by our customers without worries. We go the extra mile to get the best raw materials from eco-sustainable local growers to ensure traceability and quality standard. Though most of our products are not yet certified organic, they are however organically home-grown, NON-GMO without the use of harmful chemicals. It is our goal to move towards certification process, and you may see some of products become certified-organic in the near future. In the mean time, we make sure our community of local growers can live comfortably with guaranteed income so they can continue to do what they do best - cultivating the best raw materials with passion and care.
We work hard to make sure our manufacturing process does not interfere the natural optimum tastes and textures of all raw materials, and that all our processing are environmentally friendly and accord our beliefs in sustainable farming and production. Our products are produced in small batches so we can control the quality standard as well as oversee all the meticulous details required in production process to keep our products as naturally tasty as possible.

Dried fruits should be stored
in a cool & dry environments.
Our dried fruits should be stored in cool environment and are good for up to 12 months. If kept in the refrigerator, leave them out in room temperature over night or until they return to room temperature before opening up the package.

PLACING AN ORDER
BULK & WHOLESALE ORDERS
At Chew Green, we do our best to make sure you get your orders as quick as possible.
SHIPPING FEE
We happily offer free standard shipping within Thailand on all orders over THB 800 which will be applied automatically at checkout. For orders below THB 800, shipping fee will be calculated based on your shipping address at checkout.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
After you place an order on our online store, you will receive an order confirmation in your email. Once we package and ship out your order, you will received another email with tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally via Thailand Post. International shipping ranges from 3-5 business days to 10-20 business days depending on available services to specific destinations. Shipping prices to international destinations are calculated based one weight, delivery times, and destination country.
If you are unable to find your destination country, please contact us at info@chewgreen.com and we’ll be happy to check shipping fee specifically for you. If you’d like us to ship via a specific carrier, please contact us and we will be also be happy to check out the available services.
SHIPPING
All orders placed before 12pm, MON-FRI are shipped the same day so you can get your chews no later than 2 days. For orders placed after 12pm and on SAT-SUN, please allow an additional day of processing before it ships out.

Online orders and payments can be settled via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or PayPal.
For bank transfers:
Once you receive an order confirmation email, you can settle the payment via local bank transfer and provide payment receipt with your order number to info@chewgreen.com or to LINE@ at @chewgreen once payment has been settled.
For credit/debit card payment:
You can settle the payment with credit/debit card by clicking the “check out with PayPal” button on the check out page. Once landed on the “Pay with PayPal” page, click “Pay with Credit or Debit Card” without logging in or signing up with PayPal.
For PayPal payment:
You can sign into your PayPal account and process the payment once landed on “Pay with PayPal” page.
You’ll get a confirmation email once payment has been processed.
